Yes you must have a DentsplySirona.com and opt-in to the DS Points Plus loyalty program to receive DS Points rewards related to the program. You can complete registration here: dentsplysirona.com/register. Accounts that do not have a DentsplySirona.com account will have a 30-day grace period to create an online account from the day DS Points rewards are initially attempted to be rewarded. After the 30-day grace period, the DS Points reward will be forfeited per program terms and conditions.
Customers that purchase multiple pieces of qualifying equipment throughout the year will move to a higher equipment tier of the One DS + Points™ program based on total net price spend.

Yes, to receive the qualifying rebate or DS Points rewards, customers must spend the consumables threshold in increments of $25,000 per reward.
Year 1 cash rebate amount* is determined by the amount of new equipment purchased:
*must spend at least $25,000 in qualifying DS consumables to earn rebate
Because the rebate plans have different values, which depend on the eligible practice’s purchases of Dentsply Sirona capital equipment Dentsply Sirona will review capital equipment purchases between January 1 - December 31 of year 1 enrollment to determine the level of rebate plan for which the eligible practice qualifies. Such levels will be calculated based on the actual purchase price paid by the eligible practice, net of any discounts given including trade-ups.
All qualifying Dentsply Sirona consumables sales from January 1 – December 31 are calculated to determine total consumable spend. Products invoiced after December 31 will count towards the consumable spend for the following calendar year.
You will receive a monthly eStatement with details of your year-to-date qualifying consumables spend, along with your potential reward amount. Reward amounts will vary and are contingent upon making the required equipment and or consumables purchases. Emails will be sent from info@go3.dentsplysirona.com
Any eligible practice that does not meet the $25,000 consumables threshold will remain in the Rewards program and can continue to earn towards the 200,000 DS Points reward if the $25,000 consumables threshold is met the following year. The cash rebate is only available for Year 1 of the program, all subsequent years will default to 200,000 DS Points.

Program membership is ongoing, and terms will be reviewed every 5 years. After completion of the first year, 200,000 DS Points will be awarded in lieu of the cash rebate if/when the $25,000 consumable threshold is met.
