Direct communication with your laboratory
The Connect software and the Connect Case Center simplify the cooperation between you and your dental laboratory. Both sides communicate directly through the Connect Case Center. The data model is transferred within a few minutes and gives the laboratory an exact picture of the case.
This allows your dental technician to look at the case almost simultaneously with the practice. Thus, a first consultation with the laboratory can already be done while the patient is still in the treatment room.

Select the restoration type “implants” under the section “Bridge” in the administration phase.
- Bridges can be built on the complete jaw: “all on 4”, “all on 6”
- Bridges on implants can be configured by choosing an implant system on at least two teeth
- Choose pontic for the missing teeth in between
Primescan validated for Atlantis® suprastructures

Primescan is the first intraoral scanner worldwide that has been validated for Atlantis® suprastructures thanks to its high level of accuracy:
- Indications: Large bridges and bars on implants (all on 4, all on 6)
- Integration of IO FLO-S into implant database allowing larger bridges / bars for designing in inLab SW (Fully integrated in the seamless workflow from inLab CAD SW 22.0), exocad, 3Shape and others
Edentulous scan for digital dentures
Saving one patient visit:
- Primary impression can be replaced by a digital impression with Primescan
- This forms the basis for individual impression tray and will save one patient visit for dentists able to print individual impression trays at the dental office
New optional Step – View Model
Improved patient communication:
With this option you can start scanning right away and directly switch to the Model view without selecting a restoration type in the Admin phase.

Export model data for 3D printing
The export of scan data in stl format including a model base enables you to print immediately without the use of additional software to base the 3D model data.
Connect SW 5.1 and Performance Upgrade for Omnicam

Scan quality has been further improved for Primescan as well as for Omnicam.

With Connect Software 5.1, you can select Aligners, Splints and individual impression trays from the Indications choice box.

The new Dentsply Sirona Software Generation 5 runs on Windows 10. In order to benefit from Software Generation 5, a hardware performance upgrade might be necessary. Depending on the hardware generation, different Performance Upgrades are available.

Here, you can download the current Connect Software. This version supports Primescan AC, CEREC Primescan AC, Omnicam AC and CEREC Omnicam AC (Windows 10). Due to different approval and registration times, not all products are immediately available in all countries.
